To start off went to several local companies looking for bids on roofing and vinyl siding. Fessler is the only one that stayed on top of the bidding process. The others had to call them back for their bids and they weren't ready. Would wait couple days call back and still were not ready. When I decided on Fessler, Jim came out and gave me several ideas on how to make the job better with no extra costs and also threw in a complete house pressure wash. During the work all the workers were respectful and only saw them take a lunch break on 12 to 13 hour work days. No mess was left and all the nails were picked up. The house looks brand new and I am so happy with the work.
